I am Mitta Rajani Parvathi Devi, the founder of Shine Careers. My mission is to empower teenagers to achieve their dream careers by discovering their personalities, passions, skills, and strengths. My journey is driven by a passion for education and a deep commitment to guide young minds toward success and fulfillment.

I pursued an Electronics and Communication Engineering degree from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem. My professional journey began in the corporate world as a Software Engineer at NTT Data, where I worked for three enriching years. However, my true calling to inspire and educate young learners motivated me to transition into teaching.   

Later I joined an after-school math online program called Cuemath, dedicating myself to nurture critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. Teaching allowed me to connect with young minds on a deeper level and ignited my desire to help them not only succeed academically but also make informed decisions about their future.   

As a certified career counselor, I founded Shine Careers to address the challenges teenagers face in selecting the right career paths. Today, I guide students through critical milestones, such as subject and stream selection, college admissions, scholarships, and international education opportunities. My mission is to ensure that every teenager confidently pursues a career aligned with their unique interests, skills, and aspirations.
